MTA Vietnam attracts more int’l participants

Over 400 firms from 23 countries and territories will take part in MTA Vietnam 2012, an exhibition on precision engineering, machine tools and metalworking, in Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center from July 3-6.

The event is organized by VCCI Exhibition Service Co., Ltd in coordination with Singapore Exhibition Services Pte Ltd with the participation of popular brands such as Agie Charmilles, Amada, and Carl Zeiss among others, according to William Lim, project manager of MTA Vietnam.

Despite global economic uncertainties, MTA Vietnam still woos a large number of foreign participants. The number of local enterprises joining the event has also doubled from last year to 22 firms, said Bui Thi Thuc Anh, director of VCCI Exhibition Service Co., Ltd.

The event provides update information, investment plans and cooperation opportunities to industry insiders, said Anh.
