Maritime Bank to support VEC in bond issue
HCMC – Maritime Commercial Bank on Tuesday inked a strategic deal with Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) including the bank’s assistance for the corporation to issue bonds to invest in its projects.
Under the agreement, Maritime Bank will give consulting services for VEC in mobilizing capital to carry out expressway projects, the bank said in its statement.

Half of the businesses in Vietnam, mainly in the southern provinces and cities, are now facing a shortage of workers, according to the Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs (Molisa).

Vietnam’s trade gap narrows in Feb: report
Vietnam’s trade deficit narrowed in February to $700 million, down for the third consecutive month, a local newspaper said on Thursday.
